I safely arrived at Kansai International Airport after departing from Incheon Airport. Immigration went smoothly, and I set foot in Japan for the first time.
Firstly, after completing internet connectivity through the pocket Wi-Fi, the first place I headed to was the “convenience store.”
“Lawson Convenience Store at Kansai International Airport Terminal 1”
The terminal I used this time was Terminal 1. Upon reaching the second floor of Kansai International Airport, I found a Lawson convenience store tucked away in one corner, with a McDonald’s located next to it.
Since McDonald’s in Japan was not significantly different from what we see in Korea, I opted to skip it and instead visited the convenience store to quickly satisfy my hunger.
“Sampling Sandwiches at a Japanese Convenience Store”
Japanese convenience stores, in particular, are known for their egg sandwiches. Having tried egg sandwiches during a previous visit to Tokyo, I decided to experiment with a different sandwich this time.
However, the conclusion was straightforward. If you visit Japan, it seems more satisfying to stick with the egg sandwich.
Anyway, I briefly satisfied my hunger at Kansai Airport, preparing to move on to my first destination, Osaka.
