Jeju Tourism Corporation Jungmun Duty-Free Shop

Jeju’s Jungmun Tourist Complex is a comprehensive resort area spanning Jungmundong, Saekdal-dong, and Daepo-dong in Seogwipo. Created in 1978, it utilizes Jeju’s unique natural landscapes and geographical environment. The complex consists of 10 accommodation facilities and 9 leisure facilities, providing basic accommodation as well as various tourism, entertainment, and recreational activities for both domestic and international visitors. It also offers international convention facilities, shopping, sports, entertainment, leisure, and cultural amenities in the vicinity.

“Jeju Tourism Corporation Jungmun Duty-Free Shop”

You can find a duty-free shop operated by the Jeju Tourism Corporation here. It is a space open to anyone who has come to travel in Jeju.

You can also find duty-free shops at Jeju International Airport. They operate to allow travelers to purchase duty-free items in advance during their travels and visit the duty-free shop at the airport before boarding their flight.

“Mainly Exhibiting Products Such as General Goods, Cosmetics, and Liquor”

Although photography was prohibited in the duty-free shop, it is similar to most duty-free shops with sections for cosmetics, liquor, and general goods like bags.

It was a bit disappointing that it was difficult to find souvenirs unique to Jeju Island here. It would be even better if they had stores selling special souvenirs that could commemorate a trip to Jeju.

“Jeju Tour Pass”

With the Jeju Tour Pass, you can also get something here. You can choose between hand cream and a car air freshener.

Personally, I chose the hand cream because I thought it would be more useful than a car air freshener. Also, if you do a lot of shopping while touring, they sometimes provide a 15,000 won discount coupon, so it’s a good idea for avid shoppers to remember to purchase the Jeju Tour Pass.
