Jeju Jungmun Cafe “Starbucks”

In South Korea, Starbucks has become as common as convenience stores. It has become a globally recognized company that can be found not only in Korea but also in various parts of the world, comparable to McDonald’s, which is always present in crowded places. Similarly, in Jeju’s Jungmun Tourist Complex, you can find a Starbucks.

“Jeju Jungmun Starbucks”

The Starbucks located in the heart of Jeju’s Jungmun Tourist Complex is noticeable even from a distance. It is situated right next to the building called “Grim Forest,” and it exudes a similar atmosphere.

The cafe spans two floors. The counter for placing orders is located on the first floor, and the second floor is equipped with seating. There also appears to be seating available on the terrace, but it seems they do not arrange it specifically during the cold winter weather.

“An Eco-friendly Store without Disposable Cups”

Most of the Starbucks stores in Jeju operate as eco-friendly stores. While you can use store cups for in-house consumption, if you opt for takeout, you need to purchase an eco-cup for 1,000 KRW.

You can get a refund upon returning the cup, but this can only be done at the store where it was purchased or at the airport. You must return the cup either at the airport before your trip ends or by visiting the store where you made the purchase.

For refunds at Jeju Airport, you can find the location at “Gate 2 of the Domestic Departure Area.” You can choose from cash, Starbucks card recharge, or Happy Habit for the refund.

It’s a great place to visit when you need a space to take a break while traveling in Jeju.
