Seoul COEX Middle Eastern Halal Restaurant “Hummus Kitchen”

In the Gwanghwamun area of Seoul, various exhibitions take place. As a result, various facilities have been established to accommodate such MICE demand. Among them, a wide range of restaurants stands out. Since many exhibitions attract people from various countries, you can find restaurants in COEX that offer not only Korean cuisine but also exotic dishes.

“Seoul COEX Middle Eastern Halal Restaurant, Hummus Kitchen”

Hummus Kitchen is a restaurant that offers Middle Eastern Halal cuisine, which is not easily found in Korea. Especially since there are not many restaurants in Korea that offer Halal food, people who follow the Islamic faith often face difficulty in finding places to eat in Korea. This restaurant serves to meet this demand.

It is located in the underground 1st floor of COEX Parnas Mall. To get there, you can take the exit leading to COEX from Samsung Station on subway line 2, and you can find it across from McDonald’s. However, you need to enter through Parnas Mall.

“A Lavish Middle Eastern Atmosphere at Hummus Kitchen”

You can feel the lavish atmosphere of Hummus Kitchen even from the outside. It exudes a vibrant Middle Eastern ambiance, offering a unique and exotic dining experience.

“The Menu at Hummus Kitchen”

The menu includes a variety of dishes ranging from appetizers to hummus, salads, shakshuka, rice dishes, kebabs, pita, and more. Personally, as I have limited knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine, I decided to try the dishes that my companion ordered.

We ordered four types of hummus as a starter, as well as dishes with chicken, salad, and bread, giving us the opportunity to taste a variety of menu items.

The prices range from approximately KRW 12,000 to KRW 20,000 per dish. Considering the recent rise in prices, this falls within a reasonable price range. Of course, compared to a simple set menu, it may be slightly more expensive.

“Halal Food for Muslim Individuals to Enjoy Meals”

Especially during international conferences and meetings, people who follow Islam may face difficulty in finding places to eat, as they are required to consume Halal food according to their religious teachings. Since it’s not easy to find places in Korea that offer Halal food, knowing about places like Hummus Kitchen, which serves Middle Eastern Halal cuisine, can make it easier to respond to requests from Muslim individuals looking for Halal restaurants.
