Hong Kong Airport Concept Store “Homeless”

Even without entering the duty-free area at Hong Kong Airport, you can find various shops. Among them, one store that left a lasting impression was “Homeless.” Just by the name, it might sound like it has something to do with homelessness, but it’s entirely unrelated to actual homelessness.

“Concept Store, Homeless”

Homeless is a concept store that was established in 2003. They handle a variety of items, ranging from furniture to lighting, appliances, and home decoration products.

Despite its name, which might imply a connection to homelessness, it has no relation to actual homelessness. The store’s name, Homeless, stems from the idea that the items haven’t found their “home” yet.

“Find Homeless in Various Areas of Hong Kong”

You can encounter Homeless stores in various locations around Hong Kong. However, during my rushed exploration of downtown Hong Kong, I didn’t have the time to visit such stores.

While I had some spare time at Hong Kong Airport, I decided to take a look around and ended up entering this store. I saw many intriguing items. Although there were interesting products with creative concepts, I refrained from making additional purchases as I had nearly exhausted the budget I had set for this trip.

Particularly eye-catching was a product with a “steampunk” design, which was something I hadn’t seen elsewhere. It caught my attention even more. If I have the opportunity to travel to Hong Kong again in the future, I might consider purchasing one of the items that caught my eye.
