The cafe’s name, Paul Bassett, was derived from the name of an Australian barista, Paul Bassett, who won the Barista Championship in 2003.
In Korea, it was initially operated under the name Maeil Dairies, but in 2013, it was separated into a separate subsidiary called “MC’s Seed” and has been operated under this entity.

Near Gwangmyeong Cheolsan Station, you can find a large Paul Bassett store across from Gwangmyeong City Hall. It occupies the first and second floors of a three-story building.
Since it’s in a newly constructed building, it exudes a clean and neat atmosphere.
