Isaac Toast is a well-known toast franchise in South Korea, often considered one of the most prominent in the toast business. With over 820 stores across the country, it’s a brand easily found in various locations.
The name is derived from the biblical figure Isaac, and the English spelling, “Isaac,” reflects this origin. If you look at the toast packaging, you may find a Bible verse featuring Isaac:
- “Isaac planted crops in that land and the same year reaped a hundredfold because the Lord blessed him. The man became rich, and his wealth continued to grow until he became very wealthy.”
- Genesis 26:12-13

However, influenced by the overall rise in prices, Isaac Toast has become relatively more expensive. The basic toast prices start at around 3,000 won, making it relatively pricey for a toast.
