“Cafe in the Sadang Station Food Alley, Black Motive”
Black Motive is a cafe nestled in the Sadang Station Food Alley. It operates with a clean atmosphere, portraying a tranquil neighborhood cafe. True to its name, the interior is adorned in black and white, leaving a striking impression.
“Serving Unique Menu Items”
While Black Motive primarily serves coffee, they also offer a variety of teas and distinctive beverages with intriguing names.
During my visit, after finishing lunch and in need of a pick-me-up, I decided to try an unusual drink called ‘Energy Juice.’ Unfortunately, it didn’t quite align with my personal taste preferences.
“Reasonably Priced Cafe”
The most affordable menu items, like an Americano or Espresso, are priced at 3,200 KRW per cup. Compared to well-known franchise cafes like Starbucks, Black Motive offers beverages at relatively lower prices.

Black Motive is essentially a neighborhood cafe. While not particularly large in scale, it provides a cozy atmosphere. It’s a great place to meet a friend in the neighborhood and spend some leisurely time.
