AliExpress has decided to strengthen its support for Korea. On March 26, 2020, AliExpress announced that it has opened dedicated logistics routes for the Korean market, reducing the delivery time for products.
“Establishment of Exclusive Logistics Routes for South Korea”
One of these exclusive routes is in Weihai, China, where a system has been implemented to secure goods in advance in the warehouse. Products shipped from this warehouse can now be delivered within a maximum of 7 days.
Items such as masks and other epidemic prevention supplies will be delivered domestically within 3-7 days through Weihai.
“Introduction of Korean-Language Chatbot Feature”
Additionally, AliExpress has introduced a Korean-language chatbot feature. AliShaoMi has incorporated a function to respond to inquiries in Korean.
This move aims to eliminate concerns about foreign languages, making AliExpress global online shopping more accessible to Korean users.
