“Life Size Gundam” in Odaiba, Tokyo
There are lots of tourist attractions in Odaiba, Tokyo. One of them is the life-size Gundam. It is the most famous place in Odaiba, so you should not miss this place if you visit Odaiba, Tokyo.
“Where is the Life size Gundam?”
The life size Gundam is located in the backside of the garden of the building named “DiverCity”. It is a bit difficult to find because the garden is behind the building and a little bit isolated from the Main Street.
“Not just life size Gundam, There is a Show as well.”
You can see the big size Gundam here, not only just for the statue, but also you can see the show as well. You can see the performance 8 times a day. In the performance, with the animation, and the life size Gundam moves a little bit.
It is not that amazing performance, but it was good enough to catch the eyes. When I visited here, I was accidentally on time to the show, luckily I was able to see the free animation with the Gundam performance.
However, The animation was delivered without subtitles in English or other languages, I was not able to figure out what the story was about. But it was impressive to see that the Gundam’s colour changes and moves a little bit according to the animation scene.

On the 7th floor of the DiverCity building, you can find Gundam Base. After meeting the life size Gundam, you can go back to the building and purchase Gundam related souvenirs.
