“Ichiran” Ramen in Asakusa, Tokyo
One of the must-do stuff on your travel in Japan is eating ramen. Ramen is one of the representative food of Japan. In Japan, you can find bunch of restaurant selling ramen.
But, Ichiran Ramen is one of the well-known ramen store. It is franchise store, so you can find the same ramen here and there. I visited “Ichiran” in Asakusa, Tokyo this time.
“Ichiran in Asakusa is located near Asakusa Station”
Ichiran Asakusa branch is located near Asakusa Sation. It is not that difficult to find. It is located on the 1st basement floor of the building.
“Special, Very narrow, only one person spot like a reading room.”
The reason why I visited here is to experience eating the Japanese style like being in a isolated space looking like a reading room only for a person.
For this spot, because this one has only 10 seats, I had to wait a lot. But at least I wanted to experience this.
In the shop, you can choose two different options where to eat. One is normal hall, the other one is like a small isolated reading room. For this small spot, you can ask for “Eating at Counter” for the waiter. (They might ask for your preference of the seat and the food.)
“Choose your own preference”
And also, before you order your ramen, you can choose some options for your food. These options for “Soup stocks, Richness, Garlic, Green Onion, Chashu(Sliced Pork for topping), Spicy level, Noodle texture”
So, you can choose your own preference before you order the food. You can eat your special ramen and also experience Japanese style isolated seat.
